Comments: Liked the fish in the pond but the pond scum made it difficult to appreciate the colors. Copied the layers and changed the Mode to modify the way the layers interacted with each other. (Don't remember the specific Mode I used, but you'd need to try various ones for your specific picture.) Used the Clone Stamp tool to remove spots and scum. Finally, added a Filter>Lens Flare to put a spot of light in the otherwise dark upper right corner of the image.
